　　联盟宗旨：弘扬中国传统文化，加强国际间珠算及心算教育的学术交流，聚集并扩大联盟成员的力量，促进海内外珠算、心算爱好者加强团结、互通有无，做好珠算及心算教育的普及推广；集知名专家、教练的精湛教法，发挥心算教育教学的引领作用，促进心算事业的繁荣，造福子孙后代。

　　The purpose of the League is to promote Chinese traditional culture, strengthen international academic exchanges in abacus and mental arithmetic education, to gather and expand the strength of alliance members, to promote the abacus and mental arithmetic lovers at home and abroad to strengthen unity, popularization of education; set well-known experts and coaches of the superb teaching, act as the leading role of mental arithmetic education and teaching, to promote the prosperity of the cause of mental arithmetic for the benefit of future generations.
